An Entry Problem

For some reason, when pressing Enter in Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007, it
goes down 2 lines instead of just one line. Any idea how i can change this

Re: An Entry Problem

Assuming you mean Word (Enterprise is a collection of Office programs, not a
specific program), check your paragraph settings,

Re: An Entry Problem

You're referring to Word I presume?

Word 2007 uses new spacing defaults, 10 pts after each paragraph and line
spacing of 1.15. If you're one who presses Enter two times to create space
between the paragraphs yourself, (the blank "line" is an empty paragraph),
then you might give the new spacing a try, 10 pts after each paragraph is
actually less than what is used when you press Enter two times, and in the
end you actually create more work for yourself when you use empty paragraphs
to create the space.

With that in mind, you can still change the defaults if you'd like. On the
Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the Dialog Box Launcher to display
the Paragraphs dialog box. Make your adjustments and then click Default at
the bottom to change the defaults of your Normal template.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
