Mouse functions

Running Office 2003 Pro in terminal service environment and on some machines
as a local install.

One terminal server and a couple of local installs have lost the abilty to
use the mouse within Office applications such as Word and Outlook.

Is this a known issue. My only solution so far is to reinstall the
application
