Is there a Unix/Linux utility that downloads websites and allows them
to be used locally ?

wget -r does not seem to work on www.archive.org. Specifically 'http://
web.archive.org/web/20040411102606/http://www.daimi.au.dk/~ups/OOVM/'

Some sites choose not to allow ripping with wget. Wget has more options
to be gentle to the source site.

I am not sure its that, more likely its the funny URL. I have posted a
query on the wget list.
