slrn filtering: where are the filtering rules

Questions were raised in another current thread about implementing
filters in slrn. Where are these rules kept? They are not in
my .slrnc file.

Normally you would put them in your scroe.txt file.
You can set where you want your score.txt to reside or what name you
would like for the score file.

Some .slrnrc command examples:

set scorefile /accounts/doc/score.txt
set scorefile /home/noemail/score_charter.txt

Mine is ~/News/score and .slrnrc points to it.

Thanks to all that responded. My score.txt is the default News/Score.
I want to be able to construct a score to squash MI5 persecution.
The two references above should help.

MI5 is still here? Hadn't noticed. I don't squash anybody directly. I
use filtering to handle bozos in general per newsgroup (for I read a few
only):

[~*.test]
Score: -9999
Subject: ^test$ <--- no test posts in non *test NG

[alt.os.*]
Score: =-9999
Bytes: 14700 <--- limiting post size
Lines: 400 <--- limiting post size
Xref: politics <--- by topic
Xref: :.*:.*: <--- number of xposts

If somebody posted that up, then your's truly would get it too and be
updated. You need an Email address for someone to send this type of
thing to.

I'm sure several variations would appear in a suggested inbox. ;)
