Bash Help Required ...

Hi every1,

my name is Asim , i was wondering in any1 of you can help me in
creating a menu driven backup script for my server.
I've tried too many times but every time my struggled ended up in a
big failure .

I'll really appreciate if someone can help me out ...

At what point did it end?
Did you accomplish anything at all, like making the menu structure,
making a backup from a partition, restoring?
Did you look at existing scripts on well-known such as freshmeat for
examples how to code?
