I have downloaded and installed Sketch from the Dapper
(6.06)repositories but have not been able to run it, I get this:

The sketch package under Debian Linux
seems to have evolved a bit and been renamed
to skencil ....

You might check the Ubuntu repositories
to see if they have done likewise ....

apt-cache search skencil

The skencil package runs without any problems
at all under my Debian Etch system ....
