| The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (movie) (no spoilers are here) I saw the film "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer" today, it was quite good, better than I expected. Anyhow, the Nokia handheld wifi PC that uses linux (I think this image is the model, I have seen and used it at a friend's house once, quite cool) http://www.digitaltechnews.com/photo...okia_770_3.jpg figures prominently in several scenes in the Fantastic Four movie, which I thought was cool. (Linux also is mentioned as the system to replace the servers in the FBI/CIA headquarters by the lead actor in the movie "Breach" that I rented the other night), Gotta love linux in the movies! Great PR for Tux! :) Beowulf |

One might even think you've gotten soft and too touchy feely for this newsgroup. Sybren -- Sybren Stüvel http://www.stuvel.eu/ |

"OT" not needed, the posting was about linux, I guess you did not read the post. DanC your routine is so incredibly boring and unoriginal it does not even phase me any more. Get a life. Of course I expect a huge ranting reply from you to this, filled with vulgar words and assaults on character. I will not respond and you wil only continue to hammer nails into your own coffin that holds your shameful corpse some might call human. > "Ubuntu" -- an African word, meaning "Slackware is too hard for me". Wrong. Ubuntu means 'Humanity to Others', but I can see where that concept eludes you |

The Nokia 770 handheld is of course already out and available-- in fact I really think I am going to buy one it is so cool, I have tried it out from a friend that has one (nice anodized black finish, no Microsoft OS in it at all, wifi connection to the internet (Firefox), home PCs, etc |

On the other hand, the 770's built-in WiFi is a very nice addition - I wish my Zaurus had that. Sybren -- Sybren Stüvel http://www.stuvel.eu/ |
