While both are skeptics of the system, neither is saying anything that is not already floating in the blogosphere. Regardless, they bring authority to the ideas of focusing on the business model.
Amazon has a winning formula - with the exception of PDF formats. This is a mistake because many book publishers already provide e-books in this format. Additionally, go to
Amazon's Digital Text Platform and the guides are in PDF. This inconsistency should be called out and corrected by Amazon.
