Fatal System Error

I am trying to log on to my Dell laptop. I am getting a blue screen with the message "Fatal System Error" System manager failed to create protected prefixes system process terminate and unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.
