Recently purchased an HP laptop from a Rent-A-Center. It says it is connected to the internet, but everytime I try getting on the internet and connecting to any web page it won't display the web page and when I try diagnosing the connection problem I receive a message that says "go.microsoft.com" is not set up to establish a connection on port "World Wide Web service (HTTP)" with this computer. I'm not a computer whiz and do not know how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same exact situation. Been trying for 2 days to get on line with no
