flash player update caused issues

I watch BBC news clips on their website, it uses flash player.
I updated to latest version of flash player and now it keeps telling me to
update, just going around in circles with this but cannot view video clips
now.

Any help please.

Re: flash player update caused issues

Hi,

Which version of Windows? (Including SP level- e.g. Windows 7, Vista SP1, XP
SP2 , 32-bit, 64-bit, etc.
Right-click Computer/My Computer> Properties to obtain this information)

Which version of Internet Explorer? (From IE> Help> About)

From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons (Show: All add-ons) what's the version of the
Shockwave Flash Object?

Don

Re: flash player update caused issues

Hi Don, thanks for the reply.
After rebooting a couple of times I got a message to update some part of
flash player and it now works ok.
Not sure why the delay but all ok now.

thanks for your input.
