| System Recovery - Now IE8 does not show in my control panel I've tried to download again but get error message: System cannot continue because a more recent version of Internet Explorer has been detected on this computer. Tried to delete in my program files but obviously that is not working either... PLEASE HELP ME! |

The regsvr32.exe/n/i inetcpl.cpl doesn't work on my computer. i want to uninstall and reinstall but my computer won't let me.
