Try rebooting Windows into its safe mode (with networking) and retest. Could be something that interrogates the web traffic is causing the problem and perhaps it won't load in safe mode. |

| Re: always crashes when I'm at Live.com Hi, Do you have the Live toolbar installed and enabled? Check with the Addons manager that you have enabled the "Windows Live Sign-in Helper". Even if you do not have the toolbar enabled, leave this "helper" addon enabled. Regards. | Re: always crashes when I'm at Live.com 1. Uninstall AVG v9.0 & reboot. 2. Immediately download/install AVG v9.0 again, this time opting for a CUSTOM install and do not install Linkscanner, Search-Shield, Active Surf-Shield, Security Shield, or any of the email scanners. Why you don't need your anti-virus to scan your email http://thundercloud.net/infoave/tuto...ning/index.htm 3. Reboot; manually & repeatedly update AVG until you get a "no more updates" prompt. 4.
