OutLook Express error

Windows XP(Home), SP3, Outlook Express 6, IE-8. Continuing Virus/Malware
scans, plenty of hard drive space.

I get this error just every so often, when my computer is open to a
newsgroup and idle for . Possibly twice per hour in the newsgroups. I cant
remember if it has ever come up otherwise. I have no idea why. If anyone
has any pointers, ideas, or information please offer it. Thanks.

My Outlook Express 6 is converting my copy of the message to an attachment.
Iam trying to get help by starting a new posting.
