IE8 download automatic unzip

XP(3)
How can I make IE8 simply download a zip file just like any other? Now it parks it in the
temp files directory and displays the contents in a Windows Explorer window. I want all
downloads to go to my C:\Down directory.

Right-click on the download link and select SAVE AS.
