I can not download vedios using Real Player SP "downlaod this video" on my
machine where I am running windows xp. On my laptop with winows vista and
inetrnet explorer 8.0, I get this feature without any problem.
I was able to use this function before on the xp machine but suddenly it
does not work.
Can you tell how can I ge it back using real player on windows xp and IE 8.0?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the third-party software product.
You probably recently had an update to IE so now such related products
may need to be repaired (if that option is available with them) or simply
reinstalled (uninstalled and reinstalled if necessary).
