IS possible RUNAS Iexplorer 8 in Windows XP SP2?

The question is bassed in the fact that i have a computer with Administrator
account named Administrator, and i have a user account named User without
privileges, only have the Debug user privilege and user group. and i
installed IE8 waiting a better experience with IE, but oh surprise! i can not
run as the iexplorer.exe command, how in the past with IE6, and i need
sometimes runas this command for administrative purposes and now i have log
off from user account to run administrator account and execute manteinance
routines

I am hurt by IE8!!!!

please take this question quickly, because many users can have this problem
too

No, XP doesn't have the Run as" command AFAIK. That was introduced in Vista
with UAC.
