Internet explorer adware

my email address has been hacked and someone is sending out solicitations to
all of my addresses.
If I reply to an incoming email there is an auto response already entered.
I have tried all kinds of adware and malware software to get rid of this bug
but no success. I think it is hidden in the 5g off site storage provided by
microsoft but I don't know how to access it.
Need help
