I am using vista business 34 bit, new computer, fully updated with newest
service pack 9don't know which on eit is), is there a patch or an upgrade? or
should I wait for windows 7

1- Do you have the same experience when you start Internet Explorer from
the 'no add-ons' icon?

If you have Vista: Start > type Internet Explorer in the Start Search
box > click Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)

Alternatively, you can create a shortcut on your desktop with the
following target path:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff

2- Do you have the same experience after you have reset Internet
Explorer settings?

3- Problems with Internet Explorer can also be caused by by malicious
software ('malware') that you have unwittingly installed on your computer.
