Making Pages available offline

With my old IE I use to be able to make my pages available offline when I
saved them in Favorites. I can not seem to find where you do that in IE8.
Does anyone know how to do this?

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/aa740486.aspx
"Offline Favorites and Scheduled Offline Favorites have been removed from
Internet Explorer 7. Internet Explorer supports RSS feeds, which provide
scheduled updates to web content and offline reading of this content."
Also applies to IE8.

On which OS? In XP it is still there in a Windows Explorer window.
E.g. open %windir%\Offline Web Pages Then add the Favorites bar
(press Ctrl-i). Etc.
