| Re: IE8 Setup Pop-up The Setup for IE8 is still popping up. It says: "....New features like search suggestions retreive informations faster as you type, and Accelators let you......" "Learn about these new features and how manage their settings." Next Remind me later I did everything you suggested, however the AU Costom that referred to IE8 said update was available only for Compatibility View (KB971930). I didn't installed it only asked for hiding it, never to show it again. | Re: IE8 Setup Pop-up I have visited the AU site, and there it was again, that is the ominousus IE8 Setup pop-up. Doesn't do it at every time when the browser starts. Applying the "Fixt it" didn't do the trick. I don't belive I have to live with it. | Re: IE8 Setup Pop-up I have discovered that this so-called Setup is nothing else but the finishing steps in the setup process. Big drawback in the compelet process this one is (without MS saying so) etirely separete and later, unexpectedly popping up step from the main one.
