When I go to the favorites menu, the scrolling is all jerky down the folders
I have in the menu and it's hard to stop on a particular folder. Once I open
a folder, I can scroll down the links within them just fine. I did not have
this problem in IE7.

I use a micrsoft USB wheel mouse. I checked the mouse settings and could
not find anything to adjust.

Any ideas??

Also, I am using Windows XP Professional Edition 2002 with Service pack 3
