We need Host WinForms Controls in IE 8 like in IE7�IE6

Same problem here, it works when the site is local host (Intranset
zone) or if i added the site to trsuted sites but not when the site is
in the internet zone which should be the common scenario. If you
lowere the Security Level to Medium instead of Medium high it works.

However, i tried to map a one to one option from Intranet to Internet
zone to make a the Internet zon works as the inrtanet zone but it
still doesn't work (I wanted to find what is causing the problem). The
only wat is to actually lower the security level which is not an
option!!!

Anyone know what the problem and/or how to solve this?

You could also try the Fiddler tool, http://www.fiddlertool.com to examine
your traffic and response headers.

Oh, by chance do you have http://localhost in your Trusted Sites Zone?
Remove it. (actually I expect that this may be your issue, please post back
if this is the case)

When testing your web apps you should always use the Default Security Zone
settings.
