Question about the drop down menu in Address bar in IE8

Hi,
My address bar drop down menu doesn't have a scroll bar and the addresses do
not change in the drop down menu when I type new address. The sites stay
constantly in the drop down menu unchanged. The addresses stay in the drop
down menu even I don't visit those sites for long but in IE7 the new
addresses replaced the old ones.
Is there any settings I am missing here? I hope I have explained the
problem clearly.
I am using IE8 and apart from these two minor problems its brilliant.

Yes. AutoComplete for web addresses.
(in Options, Content tab, AutoComplete settings)
