ActiveX and Internet Explorer 7 enhanced security configuration

System:
Windows server 2003 std, sp2.
Internet explorer v. 7

Problem:
I cant install ActiveX controls, which means no flash player!

I have added all the adobe sites to trusted zone, and set the security level
on trusted zone to lowest possible. (medium-low). Furthermore I have allowed
for Active content to be run in files on my computer in the advanced tab.

But still I get the message:
Your security settings do not Allow websites to use ActiveX controls
installed on your computer. This page may not display correctly. - and here I
cant run any activex controls if I press the bar.

Does anyone have any clue what to do about it!? help would be greatly
appreciated.

thanks.

Tools||Internet Options||Security(tab)||Internet(zone)||Custom
Level...||ActiveX controls and plug-ins(section)

Enable the following two items:

Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting

Good luck,
