Then see how your symptom changes. (Obviously then it won't crash in that module again. <w>) Hmm... apparently some people are just renaming that module. I don't think that that would be sound practice. If you read Japanese there might be a hotfix available. ; ) (Live Search for BtwVdpCapFilter ) Good luck Robert Aldwinckle --- > > Fault Module Timestamp: 486a52d4 > > Exception Code: c0000005 > > Exception Offset: 0000a345 > > OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3 > > Locale ID: 1033 > > Additional Information 1: fd00 > > Additional Information 2: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160 > > Additional Information 3: fd00 > > Additional Information 4: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160 > > Read our privacy statement: > > http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?link...3&clcid=0x0409 > > > what am i suppose to do? BtwVdpCapFilter.dll isn't part of Internet Explorer 8. It isn't part of Windows. You installed software that also installed an add-on. Bet if you run IE8 in its no add-ons mode that the problem goes away - but obviously you will lose whatever functional this add-on provides. Google still works: http://www.google.com/search?q="BtwVdpCapFilter.dll" |
