Where to complain about no more "open these tabs next time..."?

I was upset to see that the feature from ie7-upon closing "open these tabs
next time I use IE"- is no longer available in ie8. Where would I go to
submit feedback about my dismay regarding this situation? Thank you.

The function has changed. Now if you want to open the tabs you had
in your last session you use Tools, Reopen Last Browsing Session
(Alt-T,S)

The option still exists but at a more appropriate time. Instead of
asking if you want to reopen those tabs when you next load IE (which
might not be true since you decide otherwise but would be stuck with a
decision you made earlier), you now get the option when you load IE. It
isn't obvious, however.

If you click on the tang to open a new tab, you'll see the option to
reload you last tabs. Easier would be to make about:tabs your home
page. One, you'll see this tab reopen option when you first load IE.
Two, it will let IE load a lot faster instead of loading a home page at
a web site that you might not want to visit in that web browser session.
You could use the Tools -> Reopen menu but the tab tang is right there
and you might want to consider changing your home page to show it and
faster readiness of IE on load. If you ever really do want to visit
your home page, add both the about:tabs and the home page to the Home
Page list in IE but enable the option to only open the 1st home page in
the list. Later if you want to go to your home page, just use the Home
Page toolbar button and all home pages in the list get open, one in each
tab.
