Sorry if you get this message twice.

Hello, I use the Internet Explorer 7 for more than a year. Recentely I face
a problem I did not face before. Every once in a while my menu bar becomes
inactive (grey). I can see my favorites from the star icon, but not from the
favorites text link in the menu bar. At these times, I also can't use the
file, edit, view, tools and help options. I can not understand the reason for
this because I did not do anything with my settings. I would appreciate any
help I can get. Thank you.

Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1)?
