| Popup Steeringprogram is Windows Vista Home Premium. I am connectect through the Internet with a Linksys Wireless router and it is set as default. Very often a popup dailer (broadband) appears and my laptop is set automatically to offline. What is the solution for this popup? Is it a bug in Vista? Spyware? Or ....? Many thanks!
