I open it my screen goes blank.. 50% of the time it freezes.. and I need to
do it again.
I work online .. spend hours on projects.. writing things etc.. I have lost
thusands as a result of this piece of junk crashing.. tonight I lost an hours
work..
Its a resource pig... its unstable and like every change in Vista its making
you look like third rate designers.

The world is turning to web based apps and Microsoft has single handedly
pushed the movement back.. incompetence is the only excuse.

Tonight I'm changing to firefox.. Next month Apple... I should sue.. you
know it has issues yet you didn't address them.. you skipped them.. You are
simply unfit... Microsoft is a third tier developer... end of story. If a
class action ever makes its way to Canada I'm in it.

He's told you everything that's wrong...don't you understand technical terms
like "garbage",? And, since he's thinking about suing after switching to FF
and Apple, you shouldn't make any comments because of pending litigation.

About 9 months, I finally gave up on my old 10 year-old Win 98 machine and
bought a new Dell dual processor Win XP box. I downloaded IE7 and have
had rock-steady performance from the get-go. When SP3 became available, I
downloaded it and have continued to enjoy flawless IE7 performance.

Methinks your problem lies much closer than Redmond.
