"Organize Favorites"

1. I imported my bookmarks from FF into IE. They are now in alphabetical
order which is not the way I had them nor is it the way I want them. If I add
a favorite to the bottom I'd like it to stay there. If I move a folder I'd
like it to stay where I moved it. Possible in IE?
2. In FF I can select multiple bookmarks to move or delete. How can I do
same in IE?
3. If I want to browse the favorites folders all the folders, with the
entire tree expanded, are displayed with no obvious way to collapse any. I
read in other posts that this was a design desicion and will be the same way
in IE 8? My 2 cents: this is an upside-down design and a product of laziness
in Redmond.

Re: "Organize Favorites"

A1. WYSIWYG. Now that you've imported the bookmarks, re-arrange as desired
and they should stay that way.

A2. Not in IE but in the Favorites folder (typically C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Favorites).

A3. Double-click on any folder to "unexpand" it.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, however you came to that
conclusion, but IE7 wasn't designed to resemble or function like FF. If you
prefer FF, use it instead.
