| Can't use Java In an attempt to use a feature on a site we receive -Your security settings prevent Java applets from loading or you do not have Java installed. To set the proper security preferences in Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options and click on the Security tab. Select the Internet zone and click on the Default Level button and click OK. We have the current version of Java installed, tried the suggestions as well as lowering the security level as well as reinstalling but still can't use. We had no problem prior to switching to EI 7. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks |
