1. I too am experiencing the mystery of disappearing Favorites in IE7 (Vista
x64); while others have reported this in connection with Avira's AntiVir, I
have (and never had) no such thing on my computer. (I do have Norton though.)
What conclusion did the community of IE7 users reach? What's the cause of
this issue, and how can it be fixed please?

2. As someone who has experienced positively all troubles of Vista (and
Windows in general) and then some--this despite the scrupulous attention
devoted to installing and maintaining my system--I am getting misassigned and
misplaced icons for my Favorites and IE tabs. What's the fix to this one
please?
