| Trouble with Flash Player and Windows Update Site I'm running IE 7.0.5730.13 in XP SP2 environment. When I try to view a page that requires the Flash Player it tells me I don't have Flash installed. I have followed that link and installed it, didn't work. Then I uninstalled it, redownloaded it and installed again. Didn't work. I actually went so far as to reinstall IE 7, didn't work. I then went to the Windows update site thinking that maybe I missed an update, only to get the following: Thank you for your interest in obtaining updates from our site. This website is designed to work with Microsoft Windows operating systems only. To find updates for Microsoft products that are designed for Macintosh operating systems, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/mac/. If it weren't for the fact that I need flash working for my business, I would actually find it somewhat humorous that Microsoft's website doesn't recognize its own operating system and web browser. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I'd greatly appreciate any help you could give. -- Kenn |

Try the following link to resolve this issue: http://www.winhelponline.com/article...-our-site.html When you've resolved the Windows Update issue, then follow Frank's advise on getting the Flash Player properly installed.
