I'm u sing Vista basic on my laptop and have just noticed that nothing is
showing up in my favorites window anymore unless I copy the link from
"user/favorites" to "user/favorites/favorites". However when I save new
favorites they are saved in "user/favorites" and don't show up on the screen.
I'm using explorer 7. Does anybody know how I can get the favorites that are
n the "user/favorites" directrory to show up on the "favorites" drop down
menu again?

I have exactly the same problem and no idea how to solve it. In my case Links
- which are in "user/favorites" along with all my favorites - do show up in
the Links bar. Very, very weird. Jeff - Do your Links show up in your Links
bar? Anyone - Help!

Install XP and IE6. Solves all sorts of problems.
