Hey everyone -

I am running IE7 on Vista x64 Ultimate with 8gb of Ram, Intel Q6700
processor, 160gb Sata HD. I recently reinstalled the OS after I upgraded to
this processor and ram, and ran into an odd problem ever since I did so.

99% of the time, when I am using Internet Explorer 7, it will NOT let me
close when I right click on the taskbar icon and select close. It is not a
huge deal, but it is how I am used to closing out stuff. So if anyone could
help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I do not want to reinstall the OS
again.

I am currently running it with all add ons disabled, as well as having reset
the settings. Still no go, so I am open to any and all suggestions.

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed, if any? What
anti-spyware applications, if any (other than Defender)? What third-party
firewall, if any?
