Norton's and IE7

Could my Nortons Security be part of the reason my IE7 is not functioning
correctly? The Nortons came with the computer and vista. I bought the program
but, it is causing problems with Windows security?

Certainly. Norton interferes with everything on Windows. So does McAfee.
