wich is the difference between activex not marked as safe and an activex
marked safe for scipting ??
What's that IE looks to establish the difference ??

Why IE manage some activeX controls like xenroll.dll or capicom.dll as
activex not marked as safe ?

These activeX belong to Microsoft
