I am using IE7 and Vista Ultimate. I can't visit and secure sites using IE7.
However using Netscape or Mozilla i can access these sites no problem. One of
the many sites that i am having problems with is https://um.att.com I have
spent hours talkign to Microsoft but no resolution. The only hope i have is
to format my hard drive and reinstall all my software. Please Help

Have you tried adding the sites to the Trusted Zone?

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443.

Go to Start | Run and enter these commands (press <Enter after each one).

What happens when you attempt to open a secure (https://) webpage? Post any
error messages in their entirety.

Does this happen in a new IE window with the homepage set to Blank?

Is this a sudden, new problem or an ongoing one?
