Tools | Internet Options | Security
Make sure scripting is not disabled.

If that doesn't fix it, save the part between the lines below and paste into
Notepad. Save as Runonce.reg

Hi,
It's likely that a security program is interfering with the "runonce"
Configuration page.

and/or (similar solution)

I finally got around to installing IE7 on my main system (I was hoping that M$ would have fixed all of the IE7 bugs by now, but nooooooo.....) Nice work-around.
