Uninstalling IE 7 Add-ons?

Over the years, I've managed to accumulate zillions of IE Add-ons, 95% of
which I've since disabled as unneeded and potentially troublesome.

Virtually none of these have an entry in Add/Remove Programs, and the Delete
button in Manage Add-ons is greyed out on most of them.

Is there any way for me to clean up this long list and uninstall the ones I
no longer need or want?

Bruce.
