O/S: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 5.1

I am able to attach a file to a document when using my regular hotmail
e-mail account, yet when I click on attaching a photo the error message pops
up that states:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

This message pops up right after I click on attach photo, when I click OK on
the error message Internet Explore closes out complete.

I have reset all settings to Internet Explorer default settings and have
already contacted Window's Live Hotmail Support team, Windows Live Hotmail
Technical Support and Microsoft Customer Service and have tried all of their
troubleshooting technqiues.

No google toolbar

I really am getting frustrated. Can anyone help me?

Hi i also had this problem but thanks to a Linex user i found the problem on
my computer. this might work, i had scanned in a photo at very high
resolution so the photo was stored at a large size 500mb and this was causing
the problem, so check to see if you have any large photo's stored in your
folders. If not the only other solution i have seen is click on tools then
Manage Add on's look for microsoft photo loader, highlight it and delete.
then go back to your e-mail and try to add a photo it will ask you if you
wish to download Photo Loader click yes and see if this cures the problem. If
not you might have to delete IE7 and Messenger then re-install it all again.
