resizing dialog boxes

Does anyone know how to permanently resize a dialog box. I have to put
information and photos on a website and everytime I resize the box with all
the photos in it click the file to add it, then go back to the box it has
gone back to the same view and the same size. I change the view to details,
then drag the corner to resize it and every time it goes back to the same
size and same view. It is so frustrating, does anyone know how to permanetly
change this, or even how to change it for the time I am on the internet.
When I was using Windows XP, I resized it when I was working and it would
stay like that all the time I was working. Please could anyone help before I
hurt the computer out of the window.

Re: resizing dialog boxes

Hi,
By "dialog box" do you mean a window? Is the window from Windows Explorer,
Internet Explorer, FTP, a third-party program?

Re: resizing dialog boxes

Yes I mean a window in Windows Exporer. I have to put photos on the
internet, I click the box to add the photo, open the window where the photos
are kept, resize the box and change the view, then when I go back to add the
second photo, the window has gone back to the same small size, most
frustrating. I wondered if there was any way to permanently resize it, or at
least for the duration of adding all the photos. Would be very grateful for
your help please. This never happened with Windows XP, must be a Vista
problem.
