Problems with Closing Out IE 7

Everytime I am closing out IE 7 on my computer under my login, IE 7 keeps on
hanging up and sending error messages. Under another login on the computer,
IE 7 is fine when I close it out. I have run through the IE 7
troubleshooting guide on the Microsoft website, but the problem persists.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Re: Problems with Closing Out IE 7

Hi,
Windows XP or Vista?
Does the problem persist with add-ons disabled?
You should not connect to the web in Safe Mode, security programs will not
be running, but does the problem persist when you startup in Safe Mode or
Safe Mode with Networking?

Don,

I disabled the add-ons, and that seems to have fixed the problems. I
am using Windows XP.

Don,

I am using Windows XP. Disabling add-ons seems to have worked - thanks!

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, re-enable add-ons one at a time until the
problem returns and you will have found the culprit.
Uninstalling/reinstalling the add-on may help or there may be an updated
version available.
