| footer not printing I'm in IE6 and I can' t get my footer to print. It shows up in print preview but it is outside the printers print margin. I've tried changing the bottom margin to .5 or 1" and when I do that it just barely shows up. Is there a way to set the footer margin rather than the page margin? |

| Re: footer not printing AFAIK, there is no other way. Some printers call for a fairly large margin. ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows - Internet Explorer http://dts-l.com/index.htm On Thu, 10 Jan 2008 15:01:14 -0800, in microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general, Kim <Kim@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >I'm in IE6 and I can' t get my footer to print. | Re: footer not printing Not being able to get the footer to print has nothing to do with which browser you're using. It's a function of your word processor. You can increase the height of the footer with any halfway decent word processor. You can find out how by accessing Help in your program. | RE: footer not printing My problem's just the opposite -- my footer is higher than I like it and takes away from the doc print area. You can adjust it in Word from the edge of paper, but there doesn't seem to be a way in Explorer. "Kim" wrote: > I'm in IE6 and I can' t get my footer to print.
