To specify the exact location and size among other window properties, I
recommend using the Quero Launcher.

Create a Links bar button or just a Favorite with a shortcut key for
a script fragment:

javascript:resizeTo(900,700);window.moveTo(75,1)

I.e. specify that pattern instead of a URL when creating the Favorite.
