Sometimes the lastest version of a webpage does not load. After going to the
page, I need to click on the refresh button to receive the latest version.

Looks like I'll just have to guess what versions of Internet Explorer
and Windows you have, since you're keeping that information a secret.

For IE 7 installed on Windows XP: Tools > Internet Options > General tab
> Browsing history - Settings button > Temporary Internet Files.

Under settings the choices for "Check for newer versions of stored pages" do
I select "Every time I vist to the page" or "Automatically?"
