Hi,
an user has the same problem he can't edit a message, he gets a red cross
when he tries to edit a new message or reply to a message.
But he works on Windows XP home edition sp2 with Internet Explorer 7, all
windows updates are done.
outlook web access 2000
windows xp sp2
Exchange 2000 server sp3

Someone can help me to resolve this issue?!

The server needs a patch.

Ok i've seen this article yet, but it deals with Windows vista issue and not
XP, but i'll install this hotfix.
Our server exchange version is Microsoft Echange server version 6249.4 SP3.
I see in the article 911829 we have to have the latest post service pack 3
update rollup installed too to apply this patch.So we have to have the
version 6603.1 (see art 870540) right?
Or can i install the hotfix with our version (6249.4)?

The article list a Vista symptom. The problem also occurs with IE7 wo
WinXP. The download is for the Exchange Servers listed under the products
that this article applies to. It is to be applied to the Server.

I had the same issue.

I was told that it is not the problem with Vista but actually Internet
Explorer version 7... if you remove 7 and get the older 6 version that should
work.

alernatively you can download a diferent internet provider such as Netscape
(which is what I did)
