ie7 cannot display web page(josh)

i am having same problem since istalling kb942615, can you suggest a fix for
windows xp home. i cannot find this kb in add/remove programmes
--

Turn off your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs and uninstall KB942615.
Then reinstall it and then turn them back on.
