Cannot access popular site

When linking, I received following ij browser:

http://www.chron.com/apps/pluck/logi...n/5355840.html

And, eventiually a page shows the wods "Page not found".

Is this a technical quirk or am I being blocked by design?

Thanks.

Hi,
I'm not registered so I can't get to
http://www.chron.com/apps/pluck/logi...n/5355840.html
but, with the warning that a reset will delete autocomplete data, such as
passwords, try the Reset IE Settings button from Internet Options> Advanced.
